The shipping costs depend on the country to which the package is sent and the type of products that in one order. For example, we can ask for more shipping costs afterwards because the plants do not fit in our largest box. We do our best to pack everything as compactly as possible, without this being at the expense of the quality of the product. We inform about the extra shipping costs after placing and paying the order, because plants always have a unique growth method and the same product can therefore differ in form and format. Shipping is possible from a minimum amount of € 20 in products.
Delivery time and shipping costs
We largely work by hand. This contributes to delivering plants with the right quality. We regularly and thoroughly check the plants during the processing process. This causes the average processing time to vary. The indication of shipping times are therefore excluding processing time.
The processing time can be longer in busier periods.
The delivery times are from the delivery service and are only an indication, because we depend on this external party.
