Dear customer,

Between December 18, 2023 and New Year's Day 2024 there are no shipments due to the holidays and our joint holiday leave. As a small family business with limited staff, we carefully plan our vacations to minimize the inconvenience during the year. Note: We are also not available 27.28 and 29 December between the holidays and weekends. Nevertheless, we will immediately pick up all questions, issues, cancellations, refunds, and other requests as soon as we are operational again at the beginning of January. If you have specific questions about your order, read on!

When will my order be sent?

We use a shipping stop until January 2, 2024. We then resume the processing of orders. Keep in mind that a slight delay may occur in January because we have to catch up. As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking link.

I have a complaint or comment and want a quick answer.

Complaints will be discussed further in January. Send images and a description of the problem for rapid handling. Take photos of the entire plant and possibly extra detailed photos if this shows the problem more clearly.
We strive to deal with all complaints at the beginning of January, although there can be delay for more than a week. We do our best to keep this to a minimum.

I want to cancel my order.

To cancel an order, send a new e-mail to info@plantique.shop With the subject "Cancellation: #[order number]". In this way we can repay you as soon as possible in January. Refunds will also be implemented at the beginning of January 2024.

I want to change/add a plant to my order.

Due to the shipping stop around the holidays, it is not possible to implement changes or additions to existing orders during this period. Orders are processed in chronological order as much as possible.

Fast questions or comments.

Although we are not present the last week of 2023 and the holidays (23-12 to 02-01), we will answer all messages and e-mails as soon as possible at the beginning of January to help you as soon as possible.
