Every year there is a peak in parcel delivery at both DPD and other transport services. That is otherwise frustrating, but not a disaster when a novel or other object has been purchased for Christmas. With plants, however, this is different when there is a high chance of delay. What does the shipping stop mean for my order?
Plants are always packed with care. In the winter we use extra insulating material for this. However, the current temperatures cannot be taken into account with "a few days" extra long in the box. To guarantee the quality of our products and to deprive you of worries, we have decided that a shipping stop is the best choice for this situation. Transport companies have announced that there is a certain chance of a delay around Christmas.
When will my package be sent?
Your order will be sent on or after Monday 2 January 2023. This depends on which plants you have in your order and how large the order is. We also try to send everything in chronological order as much as possible.

Can I order during the shipping stop?
It is possible to place an order during this period. The sending of this order will then take place after January 2, 2023. Even then we will take into account the weather conditions and we pack your plant with the greatest care, so that we can make your plant wish come true.
Is there a way to have my order sent during this period?
In fact, there is no possibility to send orders due to the high risk of damage due to delay on the way to the tropical plants.
However, if you want to do this, it can be done in consultation with our customer service in an exception.
Please note: having your order shipped during a shipping stop is always at your own risk, because there is a high risk of delay. You cannot call on us in the event of damage or delay.
Is the physical store also closed?
The physical store (except on public holidays) is open every Friday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. It is therefore possible to visit the store during the holidays, or perhaps Christmas holidays.
